Tring Martial Arts Academy – Online Pro Shop Terms and Conditions

Members-Only Access

The Tring Martial Arts Academy (TMA) Online Pro Shop is exclusively for current members of TMA or the parents/guardians of junior members. By accessing and placing an order through this online shop, you confirm that you or your child are actively enrolled in classes at Tring Martial Arts Academy.

Eligibility

Purchases made via this shop must be for the use of active students only. The shop is not open to the general public or to individuals not directly associated with TMA. Any orders placed by non-members or unrelated individuals will be cancelled and refunded.

Verification

We reserve the right to verify your membership status before processing any orders. If we are unable to confirm your association with TMA, your order will not be fulfilled.

Collection Only

All orders must be collected in person from Tring Martial Arts Academy. We do not offer postage, delivery, or shipping under any circumstances. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, and items will be available during designated class times or by arrangement.

Misuse

Any attempt to misuse this members-only service—such as sharing access with non-members or placing orders on behalf of unrelated individuals—is strictly prohibited. TMA reserves the right to cancel access to the shop and take further action if necessary.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged if they are faulty, provided they are returned in unused condition with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of customised or special-order items, refunds or exchanges may not be possible unless the item is defective.
