Jo Staff

Designed to have the same weight, size and balance of a wooden Jo Staff whilst greatly reducing the risk of injury whilst training. Made of Polypropylene plastic, it is virtually unbreakable and a much more durable material compared to traditional wooden training aids. Practice training aid only. Students transporting a Jo Staff to or from Tring Martial Arts Academy should carry it in a martial arts equipment bag and travel directly to and from training.
